John is a graduate student, farmer, and food lover. John is the 4th generation helping to run Prospect Hill Farm, a diverse century farm in Northeast Ohio, implementing sustainable practices in its operation. John obtained a B.S. in Horticulture from the Ohio State University, which led him to pursue a M.S. in the same discipline. John combines his industry and classroom experiences in food production to provide a unique perspective for the restaurant industry. John believes creating a beautiful experience with a plate of food starts somewhere on a farm.
