Holly began her hospitality career as a freshman in college over a decade ago. Since then, she has worked on and off at a variety of hospitality establishments including food trucks, farm-to-table, and fine dining restaurants in both the U.S. and Australia. Her passion for food has led her to pursue a master’s in Organic Food Systems in Germany, where she is currently studying.
