Zach is an experienced restaurant professional with over 12 years in the industry, including bar manager and Assistant General Manager positions. He got his management career started in 2008 in restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, and has since worked at everything from corporate, union, environments, to small, independently owned properties in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Chicago. He also holds the Certified Beer Server certification from the Cicerone Program, as well as the Certified Specialist of Spirits certification from the Society of Wine Educators.
