I am a classically trained private chef living in New York City. Originally from Minneapolis and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Madison, I spent nearly a decade in the non-profit world. That is, until my heart (and stomach) led me to culinary school where I learned the classic tools and techniques to take me from a skilled home-chef to a master chef.
I currently work as a private chef for families across Manhattan, Connecticut and The Hamptons, I strive to provide my clients with wholesome, nutritious, and quality meals. I believe in using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients whenever possible. I am confident my passion for food is evident in every meal I prepare.
